Anyone know of an outfit that would repair steering wheels? I've got an original Empi wheel on my Manx, the center cap used to just snap over the horn ring - but the cap is well worn inside, the plastic snap ring is busted in a couple spots. I could probably glue the thing to the horn ring, but that kinda defeats the purpose of being removable.
Any thoughts?

| Could you JB weld it to build it up and then sand it down to create a pressure fit? |

That'spretty much how it goes on the horn ring, I think, so I don't know if JB would have enough "give" to slip over the mounting ears (little thin wires on the ring). I think if I pushed it too hard, other parts of the center cap ring would snap...good thought, though. Keep 'em coming!
