Can anyone tell me if there is a directory of buggy body styles, manufacturers, names etc. I have started a complete rebuild of mine and have only seen 3-4 others with my body style. I am trying to find out what type/name buggy I have.[/img]

helps if you post a picture or link but www.dunebuggyarchives.com is full of info or www.buggymuseum.com has a few of the more common ones on it. but if you post a picture I'm sure you'd get an answer in a day or so.

try this:

Quote: Pscycho, under each pic there will be three boxes, url, tag, and img. What you wnat to do is move your mouse over the text in the img box and left click it to highlight it. Once it is highlighted, right click it and choose copy. Now take that "stuff" and just "drop it " into the body of text of your reply, from the reply screen. You will have to right click again and hit paste. The command to post a pic is already in the "stuff" in the IMG box, so you don't have to use the IMG commands in the reply box, photobucket has already done this for you.
Try it.
hope this helps,
MURZ

I'm going with Berry T-4 or clone of one.

Definately a Berry Mini-T-IV. :D

In fact the pic shown is the "B" Deluxe kit including top, upohlstery, carpet and bumpers front and rear. The "A" Standard kit did not include those items. The B kit sold brand new (in the '70's) for $1077.08 in metalflake or $1032.43 in solid color.

Thanks for the help. I do know that my buggy was originally buought in 1972 and was a black and gold metal flake. I must have the A package, because there was never a top for it (no snaps around the back).

Does anyone know how many of these are out there? I would like to find owners if I could.

Thanks again for the help.

A friend owns one. His is the deluxe model, but doesn't have the original top. His has a "home made" hard top that looks pretty good. 8)

I was able to aquire a brochure for him. It has price quotes for the bodies and all options effective until 4-1-70.

I'll post pics later today.

Mike's Berry Mini-T IV

Also, for your viewing pleasure. I posted a couple other buggies in the Kit Car Gallary, from the same show. Both owned by my brother.
