FYI.

About 3 weeks ago I called the applevalley police station and from what they told me, I wasnt the only one thats called about churning and they were going to look into the matters... So I hope hes watching his speed and stops because im not the only one looking for him..

Anyone heard from Ken recently?????

I finally had enough, and had my credit card charges reversed. I got a complete refund. :D I gave him 2 years to produce an engine, and all I got were excuses.... I figured he would answer my call now. I'm still out a header, cam and lifters. I feel lucky that all I lost was about $750 in parts. How much is eveyone else out?

That piece of crap...I'm out $600.00 and not happy. Made all kinds of promises and flat out lied . He is a criminal and his day will come :twisted:

He has changed his message and no loner answers his phone. Maybe our money ran out and he couldn't pay his phone bill :lol: Has anyone in California gone by his house? With a name like Churning it can;t be too hard to find this guy.

A freind of mine just emailed me that Ken called him today with a tracking number for the tranny that he has been waiting for over a year I believe. I know Ken did right by me even though I waited many months and I've now got over 2500 miles on my tranny with excellant performance. My freind also told me that Ken told him that his is the last tranny he will put out before he declares bankruptcy.... Can't say that I blame him with the economy the way it is, all the family dilemas that came over the past couple years on him and all the terrific fan mail that has gone around the internet on him. They say small business is the back-bone of this country but even a small straw broke the back of a camel. All I will say now is Good Luck Ken, one small business owner to another.

Ken, if you see this post answer me this - where my $1400 ? Can you explain why you won't return my phone calls? My emails? You have my home number, my email address, my mailing address. Hell, PM me through this site.

I paid you $1400 in July of 2007. You delivered nothing but empty promises. I asked you, please just return my money and no hard feelings. You only shat out more empty promises.

Where is your honor? I'd sell my eye teeth before I'd walk away with someone's hard earned money. I know your story, and it's no excuse. Where is your dignity?

From what I understand the $1400 you stole from me is small potatos compared to others you've ripped off. Make it right Ken.

Unfortunaely when small businesses take a dip in their production for whatever reason their ability to regain their productivity level is hard and sometimes impossible to do. To regain their pace in the ability to fill orders on a timely basis insuring the income needed to survive in the small business world is nearly impossible to re-coup. Unfortunately for Ken, between personal injury and family tragedies he never was able to fullfill all his orders/obligations and there are some out there that will loose their monies. Not nearly as many as there could have been if Ken had just threw in the towel a year ago. Those who did loose their monies are not alone by any means, Ken too has lost. His business and home are gone for him as is his lively hood in this line of work. Doing business in todays economy is hazardous, look how many have lost their entire investments and IRAa's over the dilema in the stock market crash. Ken if you read this know that not all on here dispise you, and some of us still have enough compassion in us to understand and have heart felt sorrow in your losses. Hopefully you too will be able to regain a stance in the economically depleted country that we all reside in.

i too am deeply depressed that the vw brothers could be financially abused in such a manner, i too placed an order with ken churning for a gearbox over a year ago and have not received a thing, only like you guys a load of empty promises!!!!
if anyone knows how i might be able to recoup my money from my credit card company please let me know, as they say i do not have enough evidence to prove the company has gone bankrupt and didnt receive the goods i paid for!
so if you read this and you can help by forwarding your details of what happened to you i'd be grateful....

I Just wanted to tell you that your economic storie about IRA is touching. but please dont defend a person you know nothing about..

Did you know that Ken owes about $15k worth of parts and labor to fellow members of samba and not to mention Paypal, visa, mastercard, and the state of california. O yeah the list goes on.. Also did you know ken and his beloved wife used a fake social security on paypal and other financial services.

Wow! No wander why our economy is doing so crappy, we have high paid CEO running companys down to the ground and getting payed millions and we have Small business men like Churning scamming innocent americans out of there hard earned money and lieing to lenders..

we got california looking for Ken and his wife for ID fraud. so Its only a matter of time before they catch'em.

I got ripped off by Ken, and he lied up to the last phone call. As far as I'm concerned Ken is a thief. He could ship my cam, lifters, and A-1 sidewinder header back to me and I'd even pay the shipping. Instead he stole them from me. :x I didn't know you could pay your bills with car parts. Maybe I'll send my mortgage company a FUCH instead of money this month. :twisted:
