Pretty quick story, and I was pissed earlier but I'm over it now...
I ordered 6 popout frames and a set of front safari's from them approx. 2 months ago. Got the confirmation email and everything.
Then waited. I was told by everyone that it would take about 2 months to get my parts, and I was cool with that because I'm not in a huge hurry.

So, fast forward 2 months and I still haven't been charged on my credit card so I sent them an email asking for an Order Confirmation. They supposedly lost my order and have no record of it?
I have been buying on the internet for a long time and have NEVER had anyone loose an order...

Just flakey!

I'll be calling Wolfgang this afternoon.

had an order "lost" at serrano earlier this year too... sucks when that happens.

As the Muslims say "Shite Happens!"

of course that sucks major, but here's a good story on creative.
Bought an incomplete set of safari's on the internet.
Emailed Creative one day before the Volksworld show.
On their website they only sell complete safari sets.
Despite they were very busy for the Volksworld show my email was answered promptly. They could bring my missing parts with them.
One of my friends picked up the goods and my set was complete within a couple of days. Chapeaux Creative !

What's the story with those that Yustn yas? Hasn't he been trying to sell those for a long time?

im not sure, maybe he has already sold them. it was just something i thought of and thought i would let you know. if he still has them they would ship the next day, which would save you time.

My set sold FAST a few months ago. Izzy's are tough to get a hold of. I do have a used set but they'd be more than a new set from Wolfgang. Sorry.

Already got hooked up by somebody else....
Thanks guys!

glad you got it figured out. nice weather without safaris is a terrible place to be!

Having some issues with Creative Engineering. I asked them if the safaris I want are in stock and ready to ship, they said YES. Order placed, Credit card was charged, no communication for 2 weeks. I emailed Mandy to get the tracking # and carrier info, she said "Ill get that for you". 5 days later, I emailed again..."Oh, we're out of clear glass, we'll have them shipped soon" WTF?

I hope the product is worth this run around. I understand they are a very small company, but this is typical of English/ European customer service (and unfortunately USA nowadays).

F'd up bro. ... You might remind them it's illegal to chg. your card until items are shipped. I don't care what they say, it's not legal. Sucks to wait, but at least you're not dealing w/ BFY  . I hope they get to you soon.... P-time!!!! :D

fixed?

Now I'm totally pissed...they're giving me the big blowoff...They charged my credit card over 3 weeks ago, still won't give me any idea what's going on. They won't answer emails, and I'm sorry, I'm not spending $10 to call the UK to ask a simple question about my order. Will keep you posted.....I'm sure the product (if I ever receive it) will be great, but the customer service is ABYSMAL.

Product was finally rec'd today (took almost 4 weeks). Everything looks to be in good shape (including glass) despite the box being smashed and arriving with one end opened (customs???)

I kinda sent out some stern emails, many of them requesting shipper info/tracking number so I could keep an eye out for the pkg since its a high ticket shipment. I never did receive the tracking number, but the package arrived about 3 days via UPS once it was shipped. Now for the install!

I'm had problems too unfortunately. I ordered deluxe trim for my D/C back on February and my credit card was immediately chared (which is bad business practice). After repeated un-answered e-mails, i was finally told 5 weeks later (on april 6th) that it was shipping the next day. Well, almost 3 weeks later and still nothing and back to unanswered e-mails. I'm asking my credit card company to charge it back to them and asked that the order now be cancelled. Not a good experience.

I have emailed Creative engineering 4 time once for info on their IRS kit. 3 time to order some jail bars. Not a fricking word!! WTF Not even a hey F you. I would like to order from them but if it takes 6 months to get a hold of someone, then 2 months to process and ship I dont think its worth it. I could make my own in 8 months time. Is there a secret to getting them to respond to you? wow how do you run a business that way!!!

Wish I would have found this thread on CE before placing an order today. I was looking for some aluminum popout frames and found them on their site and placed an order but now after reading the feedback, I have a big 'ol knot in my stomach. Hoping for the best here

Who else carries aluminum popout frames?
