This is Her now
This is where She's going
I just don't know what type of tires to put on Her.
Just wait til' you all see the "woody" interior (with old growth Redwood) that I'm putting in Her.
Me and my Daughter.
My sons at work unloading a cord of wood this last winter. A rare sight. |

Van-go, that red/ tan scheme is awesome! I may try that with mine.
Oh, hello, new member.. been a westy owner for 4 weeks.. I've been lurking here for 5.
Right now I'm in the mode of sorting what the hell I bought, as everything needs work.
This is the picture from the Craigslist Ad. nothing much has changed for the moment.
(van-cafe and busdepot are getting my tax refund) |

Here's my 1980 aircooled. I've had it about 1.5 months and I love it so far. Needed a new alternator and that's about it. Previous owner has records going back the past three years, with over $8,000 going into the thing (including a rebuilt engine). Next thing is to get it "real" tires. Right now it has crappy passenger tires on it that I can only inflate to 36 PSI. <p>

My 1999 T4 Caravelle / Eurovan....
We bought her over a year ago to give our then daily driver Bay a rest! She has 7 seats which easily clip out for camping trips and is great fun, the 2 vans are so different but complement each other. Its a 2.5 TDI and flys! they are becoming very popular over here in europe check out this forum and see some real cool rides!!.......

Got'er off the classifieds, thanks Samba!
Well here she is after 1 set of necessary tires and 6 hours of cleaning and scraping the gunk off the roof ... sitting out side for the last 10 years.
I do love the project!

Here she is, my baby, VeeVeeOne! Two-tone blue baby, yeah! This Pic was taken last summer before I put CiP1 lowering springs on it then two months later it blew another head gasket so I am still trying to find the money for that.
