Thanks 8)
I had a friend that works at a paint shop mix the bahama blue and spray the fenders, He also put some of the paint in spray cans so i could touch up a few other parts on the car.
damn, I wish I had a friend that worked at a paint shop.... your car looks awsome. |

Hmm, which before and after are ya looking for...
Before
After
After accident, Before rebirth
After rebirth
After dad hit it with semi in driveway
Best pic I got of er between getting hit.
It's amazing that I never took any pics of my poor baby after the hits. I guess I just don't want to relive those damn memories. I think there is an invisible bulls-eye on the hood that only I can't see. Or maybe someone put a hit me sign on the back.
But she's almost there, that is except for tranny and motor :(, but I will soon have pics of er back and out on the road.
And to the guy with the paint matched fenders, I'm glad your friend is good at matching. After that 16 year old hit my car with an F-150 I took mine to a shop to get the body work done (I'm kinda sick of it). And it came out looking like SHIT. He quoted me for painting the entire front end. He painted the right fender, hood, and apron. The ass couldn't even get the paint right, nor did he add in gold pearl. Everytime I saw my car from the front, the knife in my chest sank deeper and deeper (until I painted it again). |
