It wasn't too difficult, I pushed up on the left side of the plate and put a zip tie through the hole. That plate gets used a lot, if you know what I mean :lol: |

actually the florida state statute is as follows...
sec 1 sub-part 2; ye may lawfully (or lack there of) use said "universal" tag as long as said individual also excersies the right to use (but not limited to) "universal" battery and or "universal" insurance card. If said indivdual does not meet (or exceed) at least two of afore mentioned requriements ye shall be cited for being crood and fined 1 (one) 12 pack of coldie colds per incedent.
