What is the easiest way to get a new title? I have a 1959 pan
and a bill of sale, but no title. The old plates that were on it say
Utah 1986. |

| perhaps call your motor vehicle dept and ask about your situation. I have heard many States have a simple process because this situation happens honestly all the time. |
