| Anyone know what the pressure output is supposed to be on a 88 Fox in tank fuel pump? |

Actually, the test for the in-tank transfer pump is timed volume rather than pressure - it is a high volume, low pressure pump. The specification is 400cc (13.5 ounces) in 10 seconds. (The main pump, which is high pressure/low volume, is the one you test for pressure)
