Help!!!
While replacing the windshield for my buddies Rabbit Diesel, we broke the replacement that came with the truck. :shock: Which years will fit his 81 so we know what to look for when scoping out the new one at the junkyards? Also, does anyone know a good source and about how much we should expect to pay? We are thinking shipping may be prohibitive?
On a good note, he converted it to veggie oil and it runs like a champ. I think it is quieter than before.

| I'm about 99% sure that the windshield out of any Rabbit will fit it. The windshields in the 1984 Canadian Rabbits we urethaned in instead of using a rubber seal but I think they're the same if you could get one out (not sure about American ones). I guess they would fit from an 84 or older Jetta too. |
