Not to dig up an old topic but I was just wondering if John's Car Corner was still open?? I was looking for a shop in central New Hampshire with little luck and came across John. Is the place still around or did he sell as mentioned above??

I live in Mendon, MA. There is a guy in Bellingham MA, at Bellingham Imports. His name is Henry. They are good with Air cooled.

He was there a couple weeks ago when some folks from the West River Westy's LIMBO camping event went there......

If you are looking and don't want to go to VT, if you go into Keene and then at the new rotary on the west side of town, on RT 9 I think, head south for about 5 miles and you will find Gordi at 4 Ever 4 and he works on old VW's. Got some good old parts. Labor will cost you and the parts are not discounted as much as Bus Depot for example but they do good work.

Just an opinion.....

Hey thanks for the info guys!! Sorry it took so long to write back too!! Actually the bus is AOK, but I was looking for a VW shop SOMEWHERE in central NH and going off very vague/inaccurate information. I'm basically looking for a needle in a hay stack. Searching around Samba I came across John and was just wondering if he was still there. I wouldn't mind driving up to VT...been meaning to get up there for some camping in the fall!! Thanks for the offers though!!
