| Will I be able to bolt an 83 rabbit gti motor and tranny into a caddy?? Thanks..... :( |

Yep it should go right in. Both the caddy (I assume you mean a Rabbit Pickup truck) and the 83 GTI are based on the A1 body style, and have the same mountings for the engine/tranny. If the Caddy was a 4 speed before you'll need to rob the linkage bars out of the GTI too, as they are different between 4 and 5 speed.
