| Well, it's an old Porsche. They're in a different class than Type 3s. |

If you think that's pricey, take a look at this one:

Definitely a little over priced without details on what's been done to it. Mine wasn't half that, and mine's probably, most definitely in better shape. That one is older, but there's no listing to what year it is. |

Unless he added a solid gold undercoating it's still way overpriced. |

"Extremely clean" and "excellent condition" mean different things to different people.
I saw that this morning and clicked on it, and after I reviewed the pics, getting more and more puzzled with each one, I ewas asking myself "Why"? If it was in the rust belt, I could understand a SLIGHTLY inflated price, but California? $7k is pushing it even for a MINT OG car.
I think the guy just doesn't want to sell it. But hey, if he does, more power to him. |

| It is one of those "Yes Dear, I will sell the VW." then 2 weeks later, "See Dear, no one will buy it, so I will have to keep it". |

If you consider being beaten to death by a 800 lbs. Gorilla, thrown into a lake for 5 years and dug back up my a trencher unmolested. Then yeah, it’s definitely unmolested.
And to think, someone got that unmolested gem for a steal at $8,600. That must be the deal of the century! |
