| I need to know how to remove the dash pad on my bug. I have all the screws on the outside and two bolts on either side in the trunk. How do I remove the switches. And what else do I need to do to get it off? |

| For the switches you need to unscrew them by turning the know left, then unscrew the switch nut, you can normally get it with a flat screw driver, a bit of pain. Also the glove box, glove box ring, glove box door, speedometer, speedometer ring, the grill covers, grab handle, and defroster vents will need to be removed. You will likely have to have the front windshield out to do it. |

| Okay, is there any other way to get the defrost vent pieces in without removing all of that to get the dash off? |
