I just purchased a 1967 912 engine and transmission. The seller threw in the body so that I could have something to take it all home in. After looking at the damage (rusted pan, crunched front bumper, missing headlights) I said "Hey, this isn't too bad". Geesh, where have I heard that before? Oh yeah, got married.
Anyway, I was wondering if I could replace the missing headlight assembly with something from an early bug or Ghia.
Ideas? |
