OK guys I need some help.
I'm looking to do yet some more research on baja's and baja building.

My question is ... What magazine would you say has carried the most info, either now or in the past. I'm not looking for certain issues just magazine names.

I've poked through a Hot VW's from time to time, but I've not cracked open ANY other vw type mag. Does VW Trends ever have anything useful. Maybe Trends does more articles on builds, supensions, etc (no idea ?). I've seen a few different names out there (Volkspower, etc), but again ... no idea.

Any help on this topic would be greatly appreciated.

First, I've got to say- forget magazines! Seriously, between the 'Search' button and live feedback, theSamba and STF are the best resources I've ever found.

Second, Trends sucked ass for baja guys. If you wanted to know how to replace your white window rubber, or paint your Ghia aqua, it was great. HotVws is about as good as it gets. :(

And if you're REALLY excited about digging up old mags, try this outfit:

Hot vw's is ok but for more technicle articles check Dirt sports magazine.they are doing a class 11 build right now and have some good info.

their right VWtrends sucks for any thing that touches the dirt. from time to time HotVW's will have baja stuff in it

last time i checked, VW trends hasn't been sold for over a year. probably a result of their poor quality

Yup, that's why I now get sent a copy of Euro Tuner every month. :evil:
They wouldn't refund my money so they send me that rag.
