| Please can anyone who knows tell me where the water on my 93 Cabriolet came from. The passenger and back seat floors are wet and not from leaving window open. I drove thru heavy rain and tried to avoid anything deep and I have had the car for 3 years and this is first time this happened. I am so worried things will rust out underneath and am drying it out now buy thought someone might have gone thru this and can advise. Thank you for any help...Paula |

It depends on where the water is getting in from. You could check the wheel wells to see if you may have a hole/s in there that is letting the water in. Also, since you are a Cabrio, check to make sure your top is sealed and not letting water in anywhere, or any tears in the fabric. The seal where the top meets the windshield could be another spot to check... and the back window and its seams as well. It could be a number of things and more than what I have stated. I would suggest looking around and if you can't figure out where it is, get a hose and start spraying, maybe get a friend to help out so you can get inside and see if you can see where any water might be penetrating at.
Sorry for rambling, but I thought that could be a start. Good luck to you.
