Yeah, the guys from Austria / Germany based Der Kleine Torpedo club.. I guess that photo is from late 90's, in early 90's they had lowered Hebmuller with Sprint Stars (which was big news back then). Too bad that their website doesn't exist anymore, there were some really cool cars in the club.

My guess was he was trying to get it to look like the classic early Chevrolet convertible back windows that are made of glass. Ive seen guys use them in 60's Impalas too.
