| [color=orange]hey i have been seeing the front end stretched on a few rat-bugs, i have a 73 and was wondering how to extend the front end without buying that expensive ford front end kit. do yall but two beams together? turn the control arms around, or do some kind of spacers? thanks any help and i would be thankful. --new vw person-- |

| I always thought when using a VW beam they reversed the control arms so they face frontwards. Kubel Nick can tell you. |

5 known ways:
extension kit (Tinbeater's, etc)
stretch your framehead (permanent extension)
relocate your body back
dropped axle kit
flipped trailing arms (with caution**)
search www.volksrods.com forum for more info on all of these methods |
