We just moved and We are getting all the stuff tomorrow with the Baja!! My last post about my ignition failing was the day before the beastie was supposed to get loaded on the truck. The one real lesson I learned was if you are running a bus swing axle with tires 12.5 or wider, it won't fit in a moving truck!!!! You have to mount skinnier tires or use a flatbed hauler. I'll post some pics of the beastie loaded on the truck when I have a chance.
I do have one question for all the Baja folks here in Illinois, Is there anyone near Trenton or to the east of St. Louis????
THANKS!!! |

Check into Sand Lake Michigan.... there's some VERY cool places in Ohio for trail riding... Sahara in Oklahoma... and some stuff in Kansas.
I'd start by joining the local VW club.. in the MidAmerica many folks just collect this stuff. |

| Welcome to the neighborhood. I lived in SoCal for awhile this summer and drug a Baja home with me. I am in Northern Indiana. Keep me posted on any off-road trips you plan over this way. |
