| My dial-up finally got through loading this thread. I'd never read it before as it always took too long. "Too long" is not relevant to you, koerspiloot. Your stuff is righteous. I feel like I just learned "Chopsticks" and you're Mozart. How did you weld the right middle rocker at the "b" and "c" pillars? How did you weld the right outer rocker butt ends front and rear? Did you just leave them free-floating or what? Do you own a spot welder? How did you do the wheelarch-to-wheelwell welds? If you spotwelded them how did you get close to the 90 degree close part of the flange front and rear in the rear wheel well. Did the spotwelder get cramped? Did you spotweld the gas opening to the panel or glue it? |

OK,
here I am again... After 7 months. I have a lot of updates, but too much to post them all over here. Guess about 200 pictures.
So what I'm doing right now, I'll send you a link where you can follow my project from Aug 2007 till now. Take your time/seat and relax :D

From now on, i'll post my updates over here :)
It will take too much time to update the past half year over here,
the project is in Dutch, but the pics will say enough?

Today was testing day
27months after I bought her, she's alive and kicking!
on movie nr 1: you'll hear a scraping sound, that's my clutchpedal arm who's scraping to the floor. Nothing to worry about ;) I'll adjust the hole in the floor. |
