I have read and searched and found info about the 944 cv joint being the correct one and have read the bus will fit but is not correct do to the amount of travel. If I only plan on street /highway driving will the bus CV's work ok?
Where have you guys and girls found the best prices on these at. I am finding the 944 CV about double the cost of the Bus ones.

Type 4 car cv is the same. You might find a junked one or somone parting one out.
T1 cv won't work.
I wouldn't think you would only want to use a TII as a temporary emergency replacement. I carry one in my Thing for this porpoise. The angle is too great and I think it would ware out fast.
doghouserepair.com says they had the parts cages extra, but I hesitate to recommend them because I never bought them. |

Check for used and inspected from Kubelmann. I think I saw some used on ebay recently.
Type4=Porsche924/944=Porsche914=Thing CVs from what I understand.
