My '68 Ghia needs new quarter floor pans (front left and rear right). I have the pans, I just need someone to put them in. Any recommendations in the SF Bay Area? The closer to San Francisco the better.
Also, how much should I expect to pay for this kind of work? |

LeVeres VW Restoration in Concord does this kind of work. You can give them a call at
(925) 935-2580. Ask for Gary(the owner)
Web page is at:

They did the top on my convertible. Real nice work. I believe he quoted somewhere around $1400 to replace both left and right full pans on my bug. Don't know what he'd charge for quarter pans.
I ended up doing mine myself for less than $300 for the parts...pans, seam sealer, paint, etc. It wasn't that hard, but it did take a few days and I learned how to weld in the process.
Nothing much scarier than taking a sawzall to your floor pans and hoping you're going to be able to get it all back together.
