| Has anyone used POR's Glisen PC product? I've used the original POR 15 and the manifold paint and have been really impressed with both. I brushed on Glisen PC to my hubcaps yesterday (which they say is perfectly fine to do) and ruined them. The brush marks never fully went away, the covering is all uneven, etc. They look terrible! Has anyone else used the product and had better results? If so how did you apply it? Thanks. |

I was thinking about using it til I read this thread. I don't believe there is any product out there that can be brushed or rolled on with results that can be aquired by spraying. If you are brushing it, it would seem that it may need to be thinned in order to facilitate the self-leveling property. I will buy some and spray onto an old hub cap to see if that works better. I will post results but it may be a month or so. I wanted to use on all my high polished aluminum trim on my deluxe bus so it doesn't get all oxidized in a year after polishing. Was also thinking about using on polished empi style 5 spokes for same reason. I don't know why it would be good for chrome as chrome will typically look great for decades if you keep it waxed, unlike polished aluminum.
