I purchased this buggy in parts a few yers ago.
I hade never worked with bugs before so it was not so easy!!
An I got it ok:ed by the "car inspector" (I don't know the word for it!!) For a few months ago and now I'm spending some money on the engine!!
we start from the begining. A friend off me painted it!!

The cage

The backend! I't is going to be a new motor

I'm going to make my own pulley cover in stainless steal and polish it

I have polished my manifolds!!

Is it a manx copy I have???????? :?:

Thats a damn good shade of orange. I havent painted my buggy yet, but definately want it orange. What is the color code for that and did u add anything to it?

definitely a sweet color. engine will be great. go easy on the Mexican chrome. (silver spraypaint) :lol: looking good for sure.

You know...I was enjoying a nice hot cup of tea until I read that and spit it on myself...thank you very much.

Roughly 20 years ago, I met up with a friend from highschool and after seeing the detail work on the engine of my '67 Mercury Cyclone he says "I've got a chromed engine too"...

He opens the hood and to my horror I see everything in the engine compartment spray painted silver...including the belts, hoses, wires...He actually thought it was awesome. I never spoke to him again.

i don't know the colure code i just find it at the painter!
Is it a manx copy or what kind off buggy is it?
Or is it a real manx?
The engine is going to be 2165cc :twisted:
