I've always heard that nobody likes these. I actually have a set for my project. I started to buy into the negativity until I found the photo of the early 4-lug version. Granted its for a mini, and its probably 13". Its at least somewhat of a vintage look... :?:

| I'd put them on my project if I had the money. I think they look good. I always have liked the black wheels with some polished sections on it. I personally am running silver Empi 8's but they will match the color of my car better. |

I know couple friends that has the 4-lug BRMs on their cars.
Here is one for example on his '73 Super Beetle:

That's my wheel (and picture) you have there of the Mini wheel.
It's actually 10 x 4 no where near a 13" |

Wow, 10" thats Mini for ya. Well my point was just to show that Speedwell made 4-lug wheels similar to thier repop couterparts of today. |

| I just bought a set for my 67 I like them would have rather had the wide five but I have a 4 lug 67 I think they a pretty nice |
