Nice color. Digging the turbo rings as well. Any idea where in PA it's from?

Lewisberry.

Dennis Frick restored it.

Here's an actual pic of it participating in the rally circa 1950

Get in line b*tch! I`m huntin one down  Pre A or nothing at all.

An unrestored 53 just went on Egay for 20K,I was looking at it and going over many details that are prone only to a Pre A with a well known Pre A guru and lost out on it.

I think its a fair price.

I have been looking for awhile. I almost bought a 55 Pre-A a few weeks ago and decided to pass. After driving that versus an A, I've concluded I would rather have an A.

Never driven a PreA...I do think the pre A's have better curves and style. If I had two comparable cars to choose from I would choose Pre A over an A.

I agree that the look of the Pre A is better. Seemed to me like driving the Pre A was like driving my split with 2X the noise. I wasn't impressed at all.

Drove my buddies 59 Super and now you're talking.

Maybe it was the one I drove. Send yours over to me, and let me try it for a few months. :)

It was $50k.

That was BEFORE the prices ramped up like they have. Probably more like $75k - $95k now.
