PM with your regular email,I don't know how to post them in here, nor would I in a Pre A thread.
As you know everything is more expensive these days, It's a good little car for someone to restore,or drive as is.
Some problems like most of them, but at least this one is not Rusty. Original Battery Box and Floors, old Funky Interior, old tired paint.
I think the car was restored like 20 years ago and then left outside .
Has a Brand New Pellow Motor with 2300 miles on it,was done a few years before he died. Was a NOS case that they stamped the original numbers onto it. The cost of that motor from pellow alone was $7800.
The car was stolen way back when here in Calif. has a 'California Assigned Number' the good thing is,it is it's Original number. Original Hood, very nice under there. Has a later Nardi wheel on it. I think it was Oslo Blue Originally,Now it is Silver w/Red

There is a 356 chassis register kept by one of the long time 356 Regsiter members. Perhaps it was him?
His first name is Bill though, not Dave. Maybe a friend of Bill's? |

Do you have any more straight forward pics of the wheels.
With and without the rings?
How about some turbo rings?

I like the Turbos, but not 100% satified how they look in a pure Sport car, altought I know they are suposed to take air into the brakes for better performance.
the rings on my 52 are not og vw/porsche 16" (I dont like to chase $800US/piece rings in the freeway) I am not that crazy , yet. |

I think in your particular case, it may look better without the rings.
I also like the Turbo rings. |

Forget that ugly Coupe. I want the car on next to it. (top picture) BTW the turbo rings are on backwards...........they were designed to extract air......not ram it in. They were also designed for the the TYP 540 Speedster.......the car next to the Coupe. |
