I've found a set of Ansen Sprints on a car in a junk yard. it also had a copper hurst shifter in it but i already got that. how much are the wheels worth. i'm not really interested in keeping them so before i buy em off the guy i want to know what they are worth so i can sell em and make some money. they need to be polished but they aren't curbd and have their center caps. however the centercaps aren't perfect.

are they 4 or 5 lug? this will make a big difference to the price.

15 inch are worth more than the 15 inch as well

just get them home and as long as you have space someone will go for them Im sure. How much do you think the junk yard will want for them? If they are 5 lug they will be worth quite a bit! You probably need to make sure they are real ansens as well - there are a lot which are similar, and I think they have the ansen name cast into the rims on the back. get a pic!

i'm way out of town now. i'm in kansas right now. they are 15inch wide 5's and look to be about 5.5 or 6 inches wide. their real i'm sure of it but i will check when i get back. they had these exact centercaps...

there are also INDY CAL "shelby 500" wheels that are desireable by some collectors

so does anyone have just a ballpark assuming that they are real wide 5 15x6 ansen sprints? I'm gonna offer him $100 cause he doesn't really know anything about vw's or their acc. and aparently i don't either. lol. If they're worth a bunch i'd be willing to shell out up to $200 with the risk of being stuck with them cause i've got a 67 so i can run em on them if i can't sell em. they're a lil wider than i want though.

they sell for 400-600 more if polished. I am also interested in them if your selling. Florida

i sent a set of real 5.5x15 polished ansens to norway a couple years back for $950+ shipping. shelbey call 500s go for about 1/2 that overseas if you can find a buyer
