Stock seats in my 79 Bay left something to be desired. In fact they were down right painful. Scored theses @ local U-Pull for $40. Only modes needed was to remove the Buses inboard seat tracks & drill for 3 bolt holes per seat to mount. 4th hole is seat belt anchor point. The drivers seat also has lumbar, seat height/angle & recline adjustments. Very comfy

Seat belt mount & one seat mounting point share the same stock seat belt mounting bolt. |

I have a 78 standard walk thru and i have early vanagon seats and they slide right into the drivers seat into the rails but the pass. seat does not have rails but just a type of clamp i guess and the vanagon seats need the rails to slide into so i have to get some rails. |
