My car starts and will rev to about 4000 and then power down, what could be causing this problem.
I put a new mass air flow on it cause it wouldnt rev up at all before and now its just doing this. |

:lol: you need to do a sytem capacity discharge to the electrical system mainly because I already know that you probably drove your jetta for months with this problem and untill the point were your car wouldn't even rev at all you finally broke down and bought a MAF sensor RIGHT :lol:
you see your car was driven for so long fucked up that the ECM has stored running values in into its "brain" so you need to erase everything
disconnect both battery cables and hold the positive to the negative if they dont reach connect a wire to each and hold them togehter for one minute reconect the cables to the car and start it
but before you do that turn you radio off or you will need to code your radio
see mt profile if you are hesitant about this believe though on vws you can connect the battery cables wont hurt shit |
