Someone mentioned this and i thought i would bring it up. Would it be possible to add a sticky that lists people that have been confirmed as bad sellers (not one that mishipped by accident etc) but the real scamers, etc that ruin the hobby.
A simple list with their known e-mails, names and maybe a link to a pic if it is avail.
If they are on the list and change their ways they can be removed.
Just a thought. I know it would take some work collecting that info and i would be glad to help, the feedback forum has taught me alot , and while i don't want to replace the feed back for the bad sellers, i think it would help new people know who to avoid all together.
Thanks |

Thought I'd put my 2 cents in here: the key is the word "confirm". How do you "confirm" that someone is a bad seller? 10 complaints? 20 complaints? A ratio of 10 complaints to 1 compliment?
I prefer to search the feedback forum like you said, and judge for myself if I want to take a risk with someone. Otherwise someone (Everett?) has to take responsibility (and possibly legal liability) for officially labeling someone a bad seller. |

It's not a bad idea but...
I can't do this for various reasons:
1. Keeping it updated.
2. Possible liability from someone being either on or not on the list.
We also start to get into people's personal opinions too. For me, there are certain people I will never deal with and there are certain people I deal with only in person.
It's best to keep it how it is where you can search on someone's name or email and try to find feedback on them. If a crook makes a new id, we can add it to his existing feedback where you can see all the prior complaints in a single location. |
