| i orderd a new 68 turn signal switch it has 8 wires on it my old switch has 5 wires on it any ideas on whats going on here? anybody with a 68 that has changed thier switch that can tell me how many wires thier switch had? thx for the comments.please help!! |

| There are three extra wires on the switch, the ones that are grey are not used in the replacement applications. |

black with green strip goes to one turn signal side, black with white strip goes to the other side turn signals, the other should be a black wire with a green and white stripe, and it goes to the relay that makes them work.
The brown wire with the white strip is one of the wires going to the high/low beam relay. |
