I think the first time i took him out he was just over 1 1/2. I actually took his car seat and strapped it into the front seat of the baja. He was a bit scared at first, but after a couple high speed runs and some jumps he was hooked. After that was when we added his Baby Beard to the back of the car. Now he always tells me go go faster and that I drive too slow. Big jumps and hauling the mail and he is happy, although on the all day long runs he still sometimes falls asleep. Good times. |

| I took the car out again on Saturday and had a great day with my son and his friend. At the end of the day I hit a bit of a jump and managed to snap the cage tube on the driver's side just below the shock mount. Got it back into position already but definitely need to do some additional bracing around these rear shock mounts. |

Having off-road fun with the kids is really a great moment. Hope you can post some pics next time. |

| Is Bull Gap still open? I have taken my truck up it a few times along with the quads. We used to have a cabin in West Branch. I think it was on Chain Lake. I am buying a buggy here pretty quick. Me thinks we are going to have to do a Michigan meet in the Spring. |

Ya it's open. Nothing like it use to be though. No alcohol  Alot safer for the 3 or 4 people who still go up there. I'm in West Branch. No Chain Lake, Cabin Lake Maybe?
We did a ride last month.

Our place was about one or two miles away from Timbers Steak House. It's been awhile but they certainly had some great steaks.
I didn't mean to threadjack riNR. Next time you have your buggy in MI make sure to let me know so you can take me for a ride. I am about an hour away from Windsor. If I look out my window I am sure I can see you towing your buggy down 96. |

We go almost every weekend. A lot of Night riding. Once the dew sets the dust is a lot less. We see the sun come up often.
We talked about planning a BIG Spring ride, so I'll definitely keep you informed..
I know where Timbers is at. Over toward Sage Lake or Lupton area |

| I think that I probably had one of the most memorable moments in my dune buggy. At the four corners of my town people are going nuts that Canada took the gold in hockey. I threw on the Canadian flag to the dune flag and took my daughter through town. There are hundreds of people going ape, lighting off firecrackers, honking, screaming.....it is a riot. I drove through and the situation got amped when they say the buggy. First time I've layed down a good 50 ft burn out right down town. Yeehaw! |

:D :D :D :D I've watched maybe one hockey game in my life but that was an amazing game. I watched it out of the corner of my eye in the garage while changing the oil in my van.
Hockey is a religion in Canada. |
