| I am in the process of installing AC Industries disc brake kits on all four corners of my 69 baja. I got the fronts on yesterday and when I went to re-install the dust caps on the new rotors, they were so tight I could not get them to go on. One side I got started a little crooked and the other side would not start at all. Has anyone else gone through this? Any ideas on how to get them on? Heat? After market caps? Duct tape? |

| Since hitting it harder is the only suggestion so far I am preparing to pull out the BFH. |

Yeah I have run into this a few times. the OG caps usually don't fit and end up gettin crushed with the hammer....
if you buy new chinese dustcaps they usually fit. |

I have a piece of tubing that fit on to the flange on the cap, I welded a 1/4" cap on the tubing so I can smack it with a hammer. you can drive it on nice and tight, and it was cheap.
