Lot's of work but worth it IMO, I would hold on to it and restore it. Gerson is starting to make replacement panels for Lowlights. :wink:
But if you don't fix it let me know, I would like to buy some parts from it. |

the best thing about the patina is the green mossy stuff on the door. I thinck I may build this for me to keep, hell you can't get a project much cheaper than that, I have been hunting for an pre 57 bug that I could do a resto on but this may be just what I was looking for. :D |

If you can do all the work yourself, go for it. Have you seen the thread Thom started on his lowlight? Might give you an idea of the cost assuming you go his route on a stock resto. I'm a glutton for punishment myself, so I would take it on if I were into lowlight Ghias.
