What do the factory screws look like that hold the ash tray on?
Flat head?
Phillips?
etc. |

They are a short round headed phillips that attached the ash tray mount to the flanges under the dash. Are you going to Bandimere this year? I can bring you a set.. |

Thanks for the info on the screws. I'll look for some like that at the hardware store.
Not sure on Bandimere. If I go, I might end up driving my 67 beetle because I still haven't got my Thing top where I would like it. The header bow has a little bow to it and the side curtains don't fit right so I need to make everything fit before I put the new top fabric on. |

I did find out that they were just a sheet metal type screw instead of a threaded type. I got some out of the front headlight bucket of a beetle that fit pretty good.
