I noticed a couple months ago that the plastic sheath on my hood release cable was cracked. Now I can't get the hood open (need to top off brake fluid).
Anyone ever come across a way to get into the hood without the cable?

Good ideas all...thank you!
Yeah...I just grabbed the cable with a pair of pliers and pulled REAL hard :x ....
The cable cut through the sheath and the sheath's end pulled out of the glovebox hasp about 6 inches. But it opened. I was able to repeat the unlatching three times before I shut the hood again. Something new to add to the list...
