| These things don't go bad often. What kind of problems are you having? |

| surging, hunting, loss of torque, horrible fuel mileage... yet it starts easy, holds speed on the flat, holds valve adjustments, timing, has good voltage to the system and otherwise functions correctly. good spray pattern to the injectors as well. |

I've got a problem with mine were the flap inside keeps getting stuck open. I've tried everything to get it not to stick bit it always goes back to catching on one spot. Idles like crud with the flap half stuck open. Depending where my speed is, I'm always running too rich or too lean. It's been driving me crazy. I ended up making it so I can easily take off the black plastic cover so I can easily unstick the flap when it happens.
Thanks,
Kevin |

| well, we might have found another contributor to the poor MPG... i'll change it 1st since i have one and not an AFM. the stock dizzy is allowing almost 40 degrees of advance! talk about a 'full rich' situation... gonna swap it since the L Jet doesn't need an FI dizzy to run and see what happens |
