What's different with the steering box? Could you reverse a ped assembly? |

But as far as ive seen the pedal assembly isnt backwards
it just has a couple differant peices to allow the cross from right to left into the tunnel
I thought about that too
couldnt you just move the steering box
Its the Dash thats the hard part
With the air ride you did i bet it wouldnt be too hard to move the appropriate pieces to the other side
Never seen a RHD pedalassembly "Up Close and with Light" tho
Just Speculation
I need some side scoops
or hood scoops that arent 250$ plus
?? maybe Blacksmith me some  |

I pulled this up from a discussion from the T-3.org list froma week or so. You might find the info good.

the left is left, right is right for the original LHD design. We (RHD-ers) have
to be careful with manuals and published parts lists as they don't always
appreciate these differences - quite a few things are reversed, but not this
one. |

What? Why? Hood scoops? You are aware that the side-scoops are useless...right? This will likely make your cooling issues worse. |

| New steering boxes come up on Australian ebay on a regular basis. I have never shopped around but the price always seemed quite reasonable (Just don't ask me how much it was) I take it the weight may kill the postage costs |

What side scoops make the cooling worse??
Alright then just some Fresh air vent scoops
but i think im just going to make some
How do they mount anyways (the front ones aswell as the back)
I know thers 1 or 2 sets floating around (front)
but im not sure how they stay on.
And i would believe that the rods you could just switch side for side
I thought that the steering box was just "Mounted " to the beam
Thought you could just Slide it donw and bolt in back on
But then agian
What about a dash
I guess now that my OG tank is out i can find out what a Type 3 beam looks like up close
(no really) i just started cleaning it and might paint it |

Skinman.... your posts are all over the place. :?
Hood scoops and side scoops dont work and have nothing to do with the OP's needs in this thread. |
