| I've been looking through these pages and cannot determine if fuchs five spoke wheels from a 72 914 will go on my 73 std. beetle. It looks like the fuchs wheels are five bolt but is the off set right for my beetle. If the off set is okay would any of you go through the trouble of making your beetle five bolt for these wheels. I would like to put disk brakes on the front of my car some day and could make them five bolt at this point. What is a good price for a set of 72 914 fuchs wheels that have been sitting outside in michigan for 20 years. Thanks for your help. |

I think those 5 bolt's are aftermarket.
The 914 Fuch's were 4 bolt and 4 spokes.

| Thanks, I'll look st them again more closely. I'm trying to figure out what is useable on this 72 1.7 914. It's been sittng in this guy yard for many years. So far I think the motor and wheels are the only thing I can use. He said he wanted 500 bucks for it. I'd rather get it for much less. |

| Are they steel wheels and are they 15" or 14". I would like them to be 15's. Do you think the off set is correct for a beetle. Thanks |

Oh yeah! I forgot about that. For some reason, when I think of -6's, I think of Gas Burners. |
