i'm a water pumper guy and recently got into aircooleds a few monthes ago. i mostly lurk here, but since my 66 has too much rust that i can deal with in my driveway i got this 67 body and pan that's pretty much rust free. here are the few pics i got.
i have the og sheet metal that the guy cut off the car so puttin it back to stock should be all that hard. kinda sucks he didn't take the time to pull the wiring before he started cuttin tho. i'm gonna run my 66 fenders cause i like that style better but i'm goin to try and locate some 67 fenders to keep around later. should be a while before she hits the road, i'm switching everything over from my 66 to get this to run. then looks into the year only stuff

i got both beams outta the cars but i'm not manley enough to put my narrowed one in by myself.
and pics of the 66 i'm takin parts off of. it's got a factory mech. sunroof and is for sale, no motor, seats, and pretty much everything else i need for this one.
