cip is selling two different versions of the classic empi
8 spoke...the american eagle version sells for $119, the
european version (manufactured by mws?) sells for
$149...cip indicates a huge difference in the quality of
these two wheels...i've read several criticisms regarding
the quality of the mws brm repros in comparison to
the flat four version...
i live in tennessee and unfortunately don't have the ability
to cruise down to the local vw performance shop for my own
A-B comparison...anyone have first hand knowledge regarding
a comparison of these two wheels?
thanks much...

| original two piece 4 lug empi 8 spoke wheels are not that expensive if you're willing to be patient for a set to come up. |
