What the heck does that dice game have to do with dungeons and dragons? (never played it before.) |

on the Internet they play free form D&D just like the board game, using the RDG (random dice generator)to roll the dice,..hence the dice bot.
being that so many are doing it,. the chat rooms come with the dice bots already installed. sorrta like a ashtray in a car. |

That error is not from chat, I was uploading a new Forum main page and you caught it right when it was uploading. I removed the old chat links. No going back now.
Freeze meaning what? |

It seems to happen when there are many people in chat.
If the user list on the right has 12 users. The list will start cutting in and out, and 5 users will drop off the list at once. Then they will appear, and another 5-6 will disappear. After several minutes all the users will will be restored.
While this is happening, if you post a line (A), it vanishes. Then if you post another line (B), it may appear on the screen, but then line (a) will show up 10 - 15 seconds later, after line (B) has already posted.
On an unrelated issue:
There have been a few times where two posters will have their posts appear double...

EDIT: Make that more like 20 users |

I'm not sure this is chat. I think it is just the database bogging down.
The site has been running a bit slow from time to time. I am looking at some upgrades right now. |

Yeah, I did not get that error in chat. That was on the Forums right when I was about to log out. After a few seconds, it worked again just fine. |

Sometimes when you paste links into chat, it will only make half the link "clickable" and not the other half. This makes it impossible to just follow the link (I know, lazy...). Any way to fix that?
Example:
blankmange: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v622/Mrpug/Snapshot.jpg
The bold part was "clickable" while the rest was not. |
