I spotted this one while on vacation to my brother's house. My bro is keeping a eye on this one for me. Hoping it might go up for sale soon.

I'll play!
Story- My brother and I were out VW searching around a old trailer park. We end up seeing a primer bug sitting on jackstand under a awning next to a very old trailer. My brother hops out and knocks on the door, a old lady steps out and talks to him for a few mins while i wait in the truck. They get done talking and he starts walking back to my truck with a big shit eating grin on his face. Jumps in the cab and tells me to drive him to the ATM and home to grab the towbar. The old lady and her late husband bought the car newin 1963. Her husband was a teacher at UNLV and used the car for transportion. He ended up parking the car in the early 1980's to start a resto on it but died a couple weeks after putting it up on jackstands until the day we found it. We took the car, cleaned it up, put a new battery in it, changed the tune up stuff and it fired right up! We used oven cleaner and got down to the OG anthracite grey. The only thing we're done to the car is a narrowed beam, 5 spokes and a rack, other than that the car is how it came. The price was $300 by the way  and the W decklid that came on the car was sold for $400.

The pics...
