| I just blinged out my 1600 DP and got new wires...the old shroud had a metal thingie to hold the wires up off the cool tins, etc. but the new one does not. I have routed them so as to definitely not touch the exhaust manifolds but does it matter if they lay on the "cool tins" or on the intake manifold/top of the engine case? Will they melt? :roll: |

| Thanks I know that's a stooopid question but I really didn't know how hot it gets there...and I hate cable-ties cause they look like crap! :lol: |

| Hey I got a "chrome" set that you can have since I went with 8mm wiring and they don't fit...lol. I think I am going to shave them a little to see if I can get them to work. Thanks anyway...really nice of you |
