I have also been having issues getting parts from this guy. I paid for them and we were going to meet up, I'm somewhat local to him. Now after many emails and messages with no response his numbers not working. I wasn't all that stressed until I saw this post and saw that I'm not alone here.
I just emailed him one last time, I hope to hear back from him. I did let him know that I will be contacting the local authorities if I don't hear back from him by the end of the week. I'm still hoping that this is just a misunderstanding
I'll update here if/when I hear from him. If I don't hear from him by the end of the week I guess I'll have to start some kind of legal action. If it comes to that I'll post the contact numbers for the assigned Officer and any other pertinent information next week.

I also bought from this guy and have been hounding him since November.
He still owes me a lower pulley for a Judson supercharger. Sent many emails and called a few times as well.
Seems now all his ads have been pulled of the site. Not sure if he did it or Everett did but I would not buy from him again.
Sad....I have never had an issue with a seller not sending an item...over 200 ebay transactions and probably a few dozen here as well.

hello,
i just got an email from him!
so i would like you to STOP your police activity!
i think the worst thing he needs now is getting more problems as he already has!
he was in jail and got out jesterday. he will ship the parts soon.
i knew there will be a solution because dealed with him before and all went perfect. but of course phoning/emailing or shipping is not possible from there :-))
please be patient with him because all of us can have problems sometime and i think in that time he need friends to count on!

Anyone heard from Gordon? I received the "I just got out of jail email". In that email he promised me my parts on or before Friday 1/25/08. That was last Friday, no parts, no email, no call. I had offered to drive to him whenever, wherever worked best for him and pick my stuff up understanding he had some "stuff" to deal with, still no word from him.
To the people saying "he'll make good", when did you last deal with him and have your positive experiences? Seems he was active in the split forums back in 2006, then kind of dropped out of the scene. I hope Gordon proves you right and that he comes thru, right now it's not looking good for him.
If you know him and consider him a friend, do him a favor. Drop him an email and encourage him to settle his debts. An "old driving charge" is going to be the least of his problems when he's facing International Internet Fraud charges. That is where this is going if he doesn't start working to make good on his deals. |

I got in touch with Gordon and picked my parts up yesterday. While at his house he gave me a deal on some other parts in an effort to "patch" things up and compensate me for taking the day off work.
Gordon, I wish we could have meet under better circumstances. It is good to see that other people are getting there parts. I had no way to know if you weren't BS-ing me yesterday when you said you had shipped that stuff. I hope things continue to normalize for you. |

In the last I heard from him he said he sent my part on Friday.
It arrived from the US to Canada in less than a week (on my doorstep today). Appreciate the effort to patch things up Gordon. Overall I was happy with the Jusdon Supercharger and Marvel Oiler.
Thanks. |

| Just wanted to finally post on my behalf. I realize that waiting for something that has been paid for, but not yet received is not what I or anyone else wants to do. Everyone who posted here was completely justified in what they did. I am truely sorry it took so long to get sent to them the things they had paid for. I normally do not like to air my laundry for others to see. But for this to be explained I must. Went to jail for driving with license supended. Was unable to either send out the thigs I had to. I was also unable to pay rent because of being in jail. Upon return home I see these postings and eviction notice upon my door. So to say the least my return home has been all but pleasent. I do not try to justify my actions, nor am I upset about other members posts or their desire to receive their parts. I would of been equally upset. I have since made right on the purchases from me. I only wish that Aaron would choose different words in the way to describe how "I" acted or how I tried to "patch" things up. For $50 I gave him about $500 worth of stuff. I did that because of the way I felt for taking so long. I in no way would want to "patch" things up, the guilt trip you (Aaron) tried to use to get my parts was enough for me to realize there would of never been any sort of anything other than the sale of the parts between us. Good Luck! Again sorry to everyone for the delay of your parts. If there is anyone to whom I have not honored a sale we have made, please contact me through [email protected] and I will make it right. To let everyone know I will always honor my word and everyone will get their parts. Thanks to everyone for your time and consideration. |

Well, I so far have some negative feedback for Gordon. I am interested in looking at his Zwitter and have been trying to reach him for weeks now. No response.
I look at his other ads, and for the four ads, NONE of the phone numbers actually work. The number for the Zwitter just gives a message that "the number is unreachable" and the number on the other three ads lead to his ex-girlfriend, which isn't helpful. I was able to track him down to his business number and have left a couple of messages - no response.
I have also sent multiple emails, no response. I have money in hand, I have a truck ready, but I am beginning to think that Gordon doesn't have his act together enough to deal with. I hope to be proven wrong, but this is getting kind of frustrating.
My next step is to check and see if he is a guest of the state, in which case, I apologize to Gordon and hope that things turn around for him.

Further information. First of all, the seller still hasn't made contact after about a month, so I am giving up on him for good.
Secondly - and this is second-hand information, but from two independant sources I trust - the zwitter is not as advertized. The rag is a graft and the rear fenders are Brazillian repops. There are holes cut underneath in the back where it looks as though a person was trying to access the starter from the interrior, and the car has taken damage to the rear quarter. It has also been left sitting outside in the rain and snow. Once again, this is second-hand information, so if you can actually make contact with Gordon (good luck), you may want to see it for yourself. Definately do not buy this car without making a personal inspection. That's the advice I'm getting.

Final update -- Gordon did eventually get in touch. Said he's had to move, so he wasn't able to keep in contact.

Final, final update: it looks as though he has updated the ad, and it looks like the ad is now accurate.
