| Wish I had the $$ for Cosmics (and a 21 window bus), they look sweet tucked under there. Now seeing the pictures I see the difficulty in deciding if you should lower and roll it for now, or completly fix it up. Would be neat to have a convoy of busses heading down to Eureka and a line up at the show though! |

Has it been mentioned as being for sale?
If so let me know. I'm game. |

Tranny is done, rotor to rotor with 944 n/a brakes. Homebuilt straight-axle kit, springplates are cut, all 4 wheels are paint detailed and polished, with tires all mounted. All new bushings and seals for the shift rods are on. Brakes lines are waiting to go in, and then in with the suspension. It's coming along pretty good.
(Ok, the port-a-wall was just sitting here, but what's everyone's take on it? Yay, or nay?) |

Well, onto the actual condition of the bus. It's pretty solid, with some older repairs showing through now. After chipping out the bondo on the rockers, it was noticed that there was some rust there as wellas above the roof vent, with just a few small holes in other spots on the bus. Pretty good for an original Midwest car. I was pretty suprised to see that both battery tray sections are PERFECT!! Oh, and everything we're seeing is Black, so there's no doubt in my mind anymore that this is an original paint, or mostly original paint bus. Anyway, here's pictures.

| The whitewalls.... no way! Don't do it! Looks like shit and you should sell them now, wheels and all! PM me a price and I'll take the atrocities off your hands so you'll never be embarrassed by them. Hurry! Sell them to me before others tell you they look badass! |

NO Whitewalls!!!
You need a Casket. I know a dude that builds Dragula replicas and he has some sort of deal with a casket company and they send him unfinished coffins with no lining or paint and he cuts them up and builds the cars. I'll ask him the name of the company next time I see him if you're interested! Maybe a trailer with deluxe trim and an emblem with skylight windows!!! |

165/50R15 up front:
..With 215/60R15s, wrapping up the back:
The tires fit, don't rub, but Rag is a little on the fence about the rears, and he would like your input.

Mind you, the rear was up all the way to the bumpstop in that picture, just checking some stuff out if it looks weird to you.. |

Got the steering box raise done today. He decided 1 1/2" was good for him. After some minor massaging of the floor, it seems to have worked out pretty well.
