working on purchasing this 53 we found in a secret location.
looks to be atlantic green. Still pretty solid.

Here's a link to the rest of the photo's of the 53. there is also
a semaphore vert there (Non oval) in sad shape and a early shorty bus.
seems to be lots of old pans, fenders, and engines just laying around in the snow. crazy. too bad half of it is frozen solid in the ice and
snow right now. Im gonna have to wait tell the snow melts a little
to get the 53 out.

Are the vert, fastback and bus for sale? Is there any other aircooled vws there? How did you happen to find these? Can you tell me the locatin after you have bought the oval?

talked to the owner of the land. Going back today or tomorrow.
to get a better look at everything. everything is for sale.
nice guy too. said that he sold the 54? to some guy 5
years ago for a $100. the dude took the parts he wanted and
has never returned for the rest. owner of the land still has the original title. says after 5 years Id say it's back up for grabs

same thing happened to me with a 59 bus. Guy said someone came around and bought it, but it appeared he only took the head lights and tail lights and considering it had been 2 years and no show, the old guy decided to sell it to me for 250 dollars, ended up making almost 2200 off that bus

owner doesn't want me to do anything tell then.
I don't know if i can wait two month's. knowing that
stuff is sitting out there. I guess i don't have a choice.
