SWEET! I had a 2000 Indian Silver Cloud that sold a few years ago. Looked just like this:
I'm thinking of buying another one (later model), or maybe buying a 40's Chief.
Sorry, gotta be the hater... Would you guys quit drooling over the Harley clone with round jugs. The last Indian endeavor was about as successful as bringing back the excelsior. Both of which had nothing to do with the original marque. Some suits just got together and bought the name!
Oops, that might have been a rant... |

Not a rant, just telling the painful truth. Hasn't been a real Indian made for over 50 years. |

Those Indians look better than any Harley currently made. I got hella attention too when I used to cruise it. It was a fun bike to ride too.

Gotta love those Kawasaki two stroke triples. They literally don't make 'em like that anymore. |

Update on my cafe racer from page 4....
I had it about 96% complete when it starting making a funny noise around the cam chain area, so out came the motor.
Here's what it looked like a week or two ago.

That cafe racer looks worlds better than the original motorcycle ever did on the showroom floor. I like it. Scott, something is bothering me about the XS650 cam chain thing, there was an inherent problem with something in that area for a few years of manufacture. I'll be damned if I can remember what it was, though. I'll try to remember in the next few days and PM you with what I'm typing about. |

Chevy hasn't made a real Corvette since 1967 either! |
